Zen Soy est une marque Bio, vegan et sans OGM et parmi les produits on trouve des ‘puddings’, que j’ai essayé en version Vanille/Chocolat. Alors par pudding il faut comprendre que c’est comme une crème dessert dont la texture tend légèrement sur le flan. Pour le goût, le Chocolat n’a pas un goût exceptionnel, il n’est pas puissant et comme on le voit dans les ingrédients, le sucre passe avant le cacao, donc pas vraiment de surprise à avoir. Quant à la Vanille, elle est couverte par l’arôme cacao. Ce sont donc des crèmes desserts qui se mangent bien, il ne faut pas chercher quelque chose de fin en bouche, c’est plus de la gourmandise chocolat qu’autre chose. Les autres saveurs sont Vanille, Chocolat et Banane. Zen Soy propose aussi d’autres produits: briquettes de Lait de Soja (Vanille, Chocolat et Cappuccino) et grandes bouteilles de Lait de Soja (Vanille, Chocolat, Cappuccino et Nature).

Zen Soy is an organic, vegan and non-GMO brand and among the different products you can find puddings, that I tried in the Chocolate/Vanilla version. Well what English-speaking people call pudding is French dessert creams but with a texture a bit like a custard. For the taste, the Chocolate has nothing exceptional, it is not strong and as you can see in the ingredients, sugar comes before cocoa, so no real surprise. Concerning the Vanilla, it is covered by the cocoa aroma. So these are puddings you easily eat, but do not look for a subtle taste, it is more chocolate greed than anything else. Other flavors are Vanilla, Chocolate and Banana.
